Hours/Weeks: 28.75 Hours per week, 39 weeks per year (Term Time +5 days)

Salary: NJC SCP 12-17, £27,711-£30,060 FTE (Actual Salary £19,119-20,740)

START DATE: 3 rd November 2025 Responsible

To: Head Teacher / SLT Duration: Permanent

The Governors are seeking to appoint an Early Years Foundation Stage Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work as part of our Nursery Team. Candidates should:

• Be enthusiastic about working with Early Years Foundation Stage children

• Establish good working relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and setting high expectations.

• Promote self-esteem and independence, employing strategies to recognise and reward achievement within established school procedure

• Monitor and evaluate pupils' responses to learning activities through observation and planned recording of achievement against pre-determined learning object

• Contribute to the school ethos, aims and development/improvement plan.
