The Governors are seeking to appoint an Early Years Foundation Stage Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work as part of our Nursery Team.

Salary: NJC SCP 12-17 *£27,711-£30,060 FTE (Actual Salary *£19,119-20,740) *based on April 2024 pay
Hours: 28.75 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus 5 days)
Location: Cronton CE Primary School

Candidates should:

• Be enthusiastic about working with Early Years Foundation Stage children
• Establish good working relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and setting high expectations.
• Promote self-esteem and independence, employing strategies to recognise and reward achievement within established school procedure
• Monitor and evaluate pupils' responses to learning activities through observationand planned recording of achievement against pre-determined learning object
• Contribute to the school ethos, aims and development/improvement plan.
